I had a really great experience with Disha during my appointment. She was thorough and professional, and took the time to carefully check my eyes and their overall health, especially after I mentioned it had been a while since my prescription was reviewed. Sarah, who helped with dispensing and fitting my glasses, was friendly and helpful throughout. She made the whole process easy, took the time to get everything right, and was lovely to deal with. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the whole visit genuinely pleasant. I’d definitely recommend them.

Been there for a friend who needed prescription glasses. Extremely happy with the optometrist and the staff who helped to choose the right ones for us.Great service by the staff with lots of patience and personally happy with the wide range of collections available. located opposite to Newworld in Albany mall.. Bought two pairs of glasses for the price of one due to the sale offers. Although they said it would take 3weeks to get the glasses with prescribed lenses,it just arrived in 10days time
