Had a party here recently for my daughters birthday, the islander man was super friendly and helpful. The party rooms are spacious and clean and the playground is set up nicely. My daughter and her friends had a blast! Would recommend :)
It was great!! Lots of things to play! Clean toilet and you can buy food or drink inside. Good for take energy out from the kids in rainy day!
First time here, quite a big place for kids to play around, lots of seating for parents with private party rooms, it is a bit worn down as it been opened for quite awhile. It has float slide and many others slides for long hours of fun. The TOILET is really dirty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The entire place is dark which can be an easy fix with changing to all LED lighting which will save you power bills. Coffee machine broken which is sad for parents.
Probably the most run down filthy indoor playground I’ve ever come across. I wouldnt spend another dollar here till the owners invest money into fixing it up. Some parts of the playground have been closed off for a while due to deterioration. Foam and rubbish all over the place. The playground looked like it has never been cleaned. A third of the balls in the ball pit were crushed or split in half. The staff are lovely but the place is a tip. As a franchise the standards are beyond poor
Our favourite indoor kiddies spot. Ideal for parties or just a visit. The huge soft play maze, inflatable slides, video games etc keep them entertained for hours. Very pleasant staff and generous food portions. Suitable for 1yo's up to around 9yo. Not badly priced either. Only negatives are the boy's toilets could be cleaned more frequently and I would have liked to see hand sanitizers located throughout the premises. 4.5 stars
Chipmunks Henderson is great. My energetic minis run around and have so much fun. The customer service is good.
Chipmunks has had a revamp and it is awesome! They have improved the under 5's area, added a new interactive ball pit for all ages, added a new donut slide. It has a new improved menu, more tables to sit at, also new gaming machines. My granddaughter enjoyed it such much we have been two Saturdays in a row. Go early to get good parking as it can get very busy on weekends.
Back in April 2021, I bought the after hours venue hire package with the kids meals included and 3 platters included. The staff were very helpful, positive, hospitable and much more. They really helped us make sure the night ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend for a child’s birthday party for a large amount of people. There was plenty of seating and space for everyone. The staff even allowed us to place a tab on the cafe for hot drinks which kept everyone happy. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks to the team at Henderson chipmunks for your help in making my daughters first birthday a memorable one.
