I go to this place quite often but today I was absolutely disgusted by the customer service. I'm not aware of the lady's name but I believe she is of African descent. Firstly I saw her eating on the counter as soon as I walked in which completely put me off though I didnt say anything regarding this. As a place that serves food to customers I'm not sure why 'Go dutch' did not train this women in proper hygiene practices. Secondly, being a strict vegetarian, I politely asked her to wash the blade which she did with some resistance. When she did finally wash the blade I mentioned to her, look there is soap still on the blade, can you please wash it properly. She told me she's worked here for 20 years therefore she knows what she is doing. I just walked out without buying anything based on how terribly this women made me feel and based on the poor customer service which I've never experienced in this shop. I hope 'Go dutch' can sort this issue out.

Small place but somehow it has everything you need! I found 3 different kinds of speculoos, the nettle gouda is amazing and I cannot wait to test and taste all the other kinds. Staff is really nice and had a great time chatting about European food. Highly recommend!

Awesome 'place to visit'. Authentic products and produce presented and sold by people who know and love the 'stuff' and the culture. Whether I go for cheeses, biscuits, sweets/candy or with something in mind I always find 'a little extra' to tempt me. Plaques and other tools/equipment/'things' for the kitchen or the home - for me, or as a simple gift. I never regret the visit/spend/challenges of perusing Go Durch. Great service.
