   A bit disappointed with mountain warehouse & their prices. I remember when they first appeared in NZ & the prices were very competitive. Unfortunately the sale prices seem to reflect the full.prices that I remember. I appreciate the cost of everything has risen, but it looks like they have raised the full price of items and the sale prices are more a true reflection of the real full price.

   Have to share this very disappointing experience at the Wellington store. Bought $300 of goods. Whilst paying they asked if I wanted a bag (not knowing it costed $0.30)and I said no as I already had shopping bags. Once I paid and packed everything, the jacket I just bought was so big it didn’t fit with all the other things purchased so I asked for a bag. The guy then asked to pay for it but I didn’t have any cash on me. So I gently asked if I could have it for free in regards to what I just spent and they just refused. Those employees should quitte working in retail stores… that’s the last time they are seeing me.

   One of the worst in-store experiences of my life. The manager was unpleasant and disrespectful. I'm not even talking about the storage in the store which was in a pitiful state. I will never come back here.

   Kyra was so helpful In helping me find the right items I was after. She even held my items whilst she gave me suggestions. Very knowledgeable on the rain jackets and tents. Now my family and I are all set ready to go camping for Waitangi. Amazing service saw me as a person rather than a sale. A role model manager! Thank you again

   They tall me"plastic brush and laundry detergent can make such damage on shoe", so they refuse to replace and try to sale me shoe cleaner.

Andy helped me find the right fit for my child's shoe and helped make the experience a truly successful one with excellent customer service.
