I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service, unhelpful and unprofessional, Won't be visiting again.
This outdoor clothing store is a real gem. I'm so glad they opened a location at the mall. They always seem to have a great selection in stock, which is fantastic. It makes finding the right gear so much easier. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. It's definitely my new go-to place for outdoor apparel. I highly recommend checking them out.

I hope I can give Gordons Johnsonville a good feedback, however this time I don't feel their customer service is good. I tried to replace the outdoor slippers I bought from the store at the end of July this year, the staff in this shop is not friendly, she have all those excuses not to replace the slipper, at my insistence, she finally replaced it for me. But this experience made me feel very bad。
I find going to the johnsonville store very helpful and the manager vicky is very helpful and knows her stuff. So needing any footwear or jackets vicky is the one to see. If you can't find it she will do her best to get it for it
