   The best centre in Auckland!!!! Nothing will beat this centre! Amazing receptionist, teachers and in the best area: Kumeu. Everyone is so lovely and so kind! I’m so sad I had to take my little one out of this daycare only because it was far for me as I’ve just had a newborn. I highly recommend this centre. It’s super clean and they have the best outdoor play area. Receptionist Ravlin is the kindest person you will come across. This centre I will always love and missing it so much already!!! I hope one day we can come back to this centre. Thank you BestStart Kumeu.

   We've been with Best Start Oraha Road for almost two years. Both of our children have loved it! There was a short period of teacher turnover (which has happened at every other daycare we've been with in the past anyway!) but the team on board now is incredible, filled with empathy for individual children and so much patience. Since our son started school we worried about our daughter's remaining journey but thanks to her wonderful attentive teachers, she is thriving - always eager to go each day and bounces into the centre. Our family feel very supported, and we've been seriously impressed with the range of activities and special events, and with each new team member that joins there's even more to celebrate. The centre is filled with good vibes and very well organised. Communication is excellent and the management team are exceptional.

   We’re really happy with the care our son gets at Best Start Oraha Road. He absolutely loves going every day—so much so that he even asks to go on weekends! The kaiako are fantastic - genuinely invested in the kids’ growth and well-being. They've created a space where our son feels challenged yet encouraged and supported. It’s obvious they love what they do - they’re always professional and approachable, and they’ve built a great relationship with our family. We’re grateful for everything they’ve done for our son, and we’re excited that our younger daughter will be joining soon. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will feel excited to learn, this is definitely the place. Highly recommended :)

   We are loving our experience at BestStart Oraha. My son started during strict COVID-19 settings, which was challenging at times, but the staff have gone above and beyond to embrace him in their care and assure me he is having a fantastic time. They regularly share photos and learning stories, and he is always smiling when I pick him up - so I know he's having a great time. The centre's communication regarding changes and restrictions due to COVID has always been excellent. It's clear the management and teachers really care about the children in their care and the whanau they are helping support.
