Technically competent; Pricing: good, tho there is a "pay first" approach, which given the issues below, puts risk on the customer. Admin: Poor. Did not look at the plans or prepare for council paperwork before the job, there were resulting complexities. Behaviour: Poor. The response to the above complications were not customer friendly to the extreme.
