   I have had shellac nails done here a few times. The result is great, very happy with the quality of the polish and it lasts well. But if you want a relaxing experience this isn't the place. All about efficiency and getting the job done. I'd go here again if I needed to (better than the other place in the mall) but it's not going to be my first choice.

   I would not recommend. Dreadful service. They spoke in their own language all the time. I felt really uncomfortable. My nails were cut far too short. Really bad varnish application wast of $45.

   Henderson Mall. I did a natural manicure for $25. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR NATURAL NAILS - should be called unprofesional nails here. The lady was rude, rough, took 2 phone calls whilst doing my nails, hard to understand, and left my nails in a very unprofessional state. I had to ask another member to tidy them (remove nail polish from all around nails). There was no timer, so I wasn't sure when my time was up - wait for 15min at the end for them to dry. (with a fan) (they don't seem to have UV drying thing?) I asked a staff member and she said it was ok for me to go. As I did I put on my jacket and they were still wet and I damaged them a little cos they weren't dry. Will never go back. Honestly if they are just trying to do it fast, I would have rather paid $10 extra for an actual professional job.

   I wouldn’t usually post bad reviews but I feel it was necessary especially after trying to get a resolution. I had my eyelashes done by one of the ladies at Professionail she had a very grumpy attitude and I asked her to not be so grumpy and explained it wasn’t nice. She perked up but at the end of the service I looked in the mirror and there were lashes falling out already. I thought okay it’s just a couple whilst I was there I brushed a spoolie through them and a whole heap more fell out. I told the lady she hadnt done the job properly and told her I wanted a refund and for her to remove them she proceeded to tell me she had to charge me $25 to remove them at this point I’m disgusted I explained to her that’s not how it works her job was rubbish and these are the results as posted in this pic of the outcome at the end of the day. Really unhappy customer.

   DO NOT PAY PRIOR TO GETTING ANYTHING DONE I went in for white acrylic tips today and they told it would be about a 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later I get gestured into a seat The first thing I noticed was that she didn’t clean the bench where she had her previous client. She made a lot of questionable decisions throughout the process. She did not prepare the nail bed. She filed my nails and didn’t ask me to wash my hands (which would remove the dust before applying the acrylic). She filed my nails and went straight to applying tips. She’s applied them wonky and didn’t even them out. A colleague of hers actually approached her to suggest a different shape for me (they had this conversation in vietnamese) and she said that I insisted on square shape (which I didn’t). The same lady doing my nails said that my hands were hard to work with because my nail beds grew in a strange way and it would look ugly no matter what she did. What caused the biggest confusion for me was that she dried one hand with a fan after applying acrylic and them one hand with a desk lamp, not even a UV lamp or anything. She didn’t even swapped between the two, one hand was fan dried and the other was placed under a desk lamp for 30 seconds. Throughout this, she rushed the acrylic and only cured my nails AFTER applying the top coat. The acrylic job was uneven as well. There is both dust and bubbles in the nails. After curing my nails she just told me to go wash my hands. When I went to return to her, she was already with another client and told me it was done. Not even a thank you or bye. I tried to dispute this, I told them I don’t even want a refund, I just wanted my nails corrected. But they told me they were too busy to correct it. Do not pay until they are actually done and up to standard. I do not recommend this place at all.

   Nail was done perfectly however girls over there were so annoying. All the times keeps talking so loud in there native language from one corner of the room to another. The one who was doing my nails was on phone all the times. Using the same clips and stuffs for other customers without cleaning. Not very healthy environment. Thanks

   I had a manicure done here with gel on Thursday last week, the nail tech didn't put top coat on any nails on my left hand. She must have forgotten, she was very rushed. I was also charged $60 when the price list outside the door says $50. I reached out via Google chat and still haven't heard back. I had these done for a wedding, so it was super disappointing. Update: After acknowledging that they over charged me they are now saying they have a no refund policy and are ignoring my messages. I can see why they make you pay before the service, so they can refuse you refund when it's not done properly.
