   Wanted to spend a bit of money today & thought I would treat myself. Could already see there had been a bit of a rush and the person working was a tad rushed but she was so so lovely & helpful in grabbing different sizes plus the general chit chat was great , I think the person who served me was called Stella but yeah was super happy & will be back as per usual as it’s one of my fav stores ☺️

   Hilariously bad service for a premium brand. The retail assistants closed the whole shop for a break, then once they let us in, one was out back while the other doodled pictures in her notebook with us standing right in front of her waiting for service. There was nobody else in the store. I already try to avoid lonely because of the weird conspiracy scandal and this just reaffirmed my decision never to shop there again

   Received beautiful service today, I’m sorry I didn’t catch the sales associates name but she looked amazing in black velvet culottes and had brunette bob, but she was so kind and welcoming, very helpful and informative. The shop itself is so stunning, me and my Mum were amazed as we walked through the marble entrance. It feels like a designers studio I felt like sitting on the beautiful couches with a wine! Anyway I love my pieces from today, wish I lived closer so could shop more often! X

   I have since received a very pleasant email from the manager, I am now satisfied my experience was not common place. She was kind and thoughtful in her dealings with me. I have reviewed my rating to reflect this. My friend and I visited for the first time looking to buy a swimsuits as they supposedly cater to women of all shapes, staff were dismissive of us, a well known Wellington designer arrived, her and her friend were greeted warmly, offered lots of assistance and sparking water while they continued to ignore us. An unpleasant experience and would not recommend.
