   Terrible staff service. - Waited in line behind the person being served and then the STAFF ATTENDANT served someone who just went to the 2nd counter - Once I got to the counter, she did NOT SPEAK at all, did NOT SMILE at all. - I said thank you, as did another man - no response. First time in this dairy as I moved to Massey. Won't be returning again. Not to mention their flowers are awful.

   The customer service from the women here has been very rude every time I or my children have shopped, my son who is very respectful and kind but introverted comes home frustrated.

   Thought I was getting a deal $15 2kg "Kings Taro" brand ... Got to the counter and realised after I paid they charged $19.99 which was more than they're other more expensive brands....I went back and asked why they charged me more when this said $14.99 on the freezer .. the young man said oh that's a different one and they're out of stock ..however why is the sign still up and why was this the only king's brand 2kg in the freezer ...totally confusing ...if that was the case I would of just bought the $17 ones as usual. This isn't the first time either

   It's a standard Indian owned Superette with everything you would expect in a shop bigger than a Dairy and smaller than a Supermarket. Everything you need inside. Huge Carpark outside. Public Toilets across the road by the Sports Ground.
