For a local small supermarket this one is actually really good. Nice layout, always tidy, prices are not criminal, so friendly at the checkout- always clean and there is always a car park here as people are generally just grabbing a few things.
Very convenient local shop here in Ranui, especially on weekdays. Perfect for quickly grabbing items we missed during the weekend grocery run, without needing to go all the way to Henderson.
I come here most times to do my shopping have great service
It is a pleasure shopping at this store. Both the management and staff have a great attitude to customer service. It is a shame that a few other local businesses don't seem to get the message on how important this is to the success of a business. Congratulations to all.
Overcharges a common occurrence! Update: I got over charged again today - strawberries labelled $4 scanned and charged me $5.99 - as per photo. After double checking I went and showed them the overcharge - person at the counter just gave me a $2 dollar coin and said “I don’t know how it happened (no sorry said)”. Lady at the counter charged me double the price for the Apples. After I paid and checked the receipt I raised it with her - quietly refunded me the price difference without saying sorry. With cost of living soaring like this the Store can probably do a bit of training to the staff not to over-charge customers like this, also be courteous and say sorry when they did over-charge. A reminder to the customers at the Store to double check the receipts after paying.

Ok. Nice local store. Howell no free range chicken and aisles are very tight it's awkward

Went too this food store , as was visiting my cuzzin living In units BEHIND THE RANUI MOWER SHOP... Time was AROUND 7.30pm - 8.00pm, annnd as I REGULARLY INCURR , is PERSONS hanging around this shop that u WOOD NOT WANT TOO HAVE AROUND when shopping... JUS A LITTLE "ROUGH" for my liking After 7.30pm.. And it's UNFORTUNATELY been like that FOR ME... I will AVOID these shops IF I CAN...
It's good when you need little things & don't have a car to drive to the supermarkets but I wouldn't shop here like use it as my weekly shopping list, it's pricey. They definitely have a lot of shaming on thieves lol
