   I was really impressed by the customer service at this night and day, only two workers seemed to be rostered on during a rush hour (after all of the bars had closed on a Saturday night) and the staff handled it very well. Found it questionable that often only two people are working at a time but they still deliver great service compared to other night and day locations.

   Was there today 19.6.24 at around 9:10pm. The cashier is a youngish guy with dark hair. I said I don’t want my donut anymore I would like a chicken kebab instead. And he sounded grumpy and told me to put the donut back myself. He needs to improve his customer service skills/ communication skills. Only give two stars cuz the chicken kebab tasted good. Otherwise would have been one star because of him.

   I've actually had really good experiences coming here rather than the ones on the blocks either side, compared to some of the other 1-star reviews. It's the newest and also the largest and cleanest. And the lady that ran the shop during the day was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. But I don't order delivery from convenience stores and haven't been unlucky enough to witness anything bad happen here, so your experience or mileage may vary. (edit: earlier I wrote that it might have opened in 2023, but it looks like it was opening post-pandemic in general)

   Went in for a late night deluxe shake last night/morning and the amazing friendly lady that served me made this 10/10 shake.. so did feel bad though as she was working by herself and was getting smashed with all the delivery orders coming in.. so thank you and il be in again for sure

   None of the staff want to be there, and take that out on the customers. I've been close to scanning my own goods out ya'll ignore customers so much.

   Asked for a chocolate milkshake in which she ignored me the first time, too busy talking to the other worker and didn’t even get my order right. Just got soft serve mixed with milk. Terrible customer service and product. Ordered 10:30pm 1/5/23

   I needed food on short notice and this croissant really hit the spot. The lady was really nice and patient with me being dumb while figuring out what I wanted to eat. It was really nice toasted too. Exceeded expectations!

   Been regularly stopping by in the morning, and there's is only 1 staff member out of the 4 or 5 I see, that I actually enjoy being served by. Everyone else seems to try their best to ignore me. Pretty abysmal service.
