   Highly recommend getting pierced by Anthony, he's super friendly and it's very clear he takes satisfaction in a job well done as he was very thorough with the symmetry and placement of my nose piercings. Very cheap for such a good quality service and for Welly region and I will travel back here to get my piercings done/looked at instead of Wellington where I mainly live. Other team members are really nice and proactive for customer service too, and make sure you're okay after being pierced.

   Amazing!!! I took my daughter into get her ears pierced and Sarah was amazing! So professional with empathy and care that made my daughter feel safe. Had a little issue at the end where she fainted (think she was holding her breath the whole time) and Sarah was incredible with her reactions and calmness. Highly recommend. Thank you!

   Went in to change my nose stud for a ring. Anthony was super friendly, gave clear advice and also helped me fit some new studs in my lip piercings which was no small task. Really compassionate and put me at ease, as somebody who is Autistic I can say definitely a neurodivergent friendly establishment, everybody there was extremely helpful and again Anthony is amazing! Will be going back when it's time for some new piercings!

   Super friendly and super professional. I got my tongue and eyebrow pierced (on separate occasions) both times I was pierced by Anthony. They are really nice and very professional, They even changed my tongue piercing jewelry for me free of charge. I've had no problems with either of my piercings and I'm very happy with both. Would definitely recommend this place for your next or first piercing!

   Anthony and Sarah was so great with my 5 year old when we took her to get her ears pierced, so calm and kept her distracted. Was over in a flash and she was so happy afterwards! We came again for after care and after arriving late we’re fitted in with no drama and again the team were amazing! We will definitely be comping back, and I’ve recommended them to a few of my friends with little ones wanting to get pierced too! Outstanding service!
