Laura’s flowers have always been beautiful and excellent value. Over the past three years we’ve ordered several arrangements from her and have always been pleased with the results. Recently, I attempted to place a large order for my father’s birthday communicating with Laura entirely via email at first. She later asked me to call her to discuss the details. During our conversation she realised that I wasn’t a local customer and declined to fulfil my order stating that she preferred I support local businesses, she then ended the call rather abruptly. Confused I called back to confirm that I’d understood correctly. When I asked Laura to clarify whether she was refusing my order solely because I wasn’t local, she became verbally aggressive calling me “entitled” and insisting that it was her business and she could run it as she wished. Fair enough but I was genuinely shocked by her response as I had never been aware that her services were limited to local customers. Laura, if you happen to read this please remember that there are kinder and more respectful ways to decline business. Courtesy costs nothing, and kindness goes a long way!!!
Over 10 years ago I received the most beautiful stunning big box of flowers from Four Seasons, sent to me by my sister. They bought tears to me eyes. Since then, Four Seasons have been my go to florist when ordering flowers for those special people and occasions. I always order the Waterfilled Box , and Four Seasons continue to be so generous with the quality and quality of their flowers . Including a little bouquet tied to the front of the box. Last week I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and she was delighted by the surprise . She has split the flowers into two vases , and a little bouquet.... once again full of gorgeous blooms . Great value , excellent customer service and quick delivery .
By far the most nicest Florist in Wellington. She was amazing! Customer service was top notch. I went in 2 hours before hand with a rush job of needing a wreath for a funeral and she just exceeded all my expectations. She made my flowers under and hour and a half. I paid 150 for wreath last time, somewhere else, and it was so small with hardly any flowers, but here, for $150, it was amazing! Flowers were fresh and the wreath itself to me was massive! If your wanting beautiful flowers, please come here! She is super wonderful and her business speaks for itself! Very warm and inviting!!! My new favourite florist for everything! Thank you!!!!
Over the last 25 years when ever I have needed a florist’s for any occasion, I have used Four Seasons Florist and so have a lot of my family members, I have never been disappointed with the service I received the owner Laura she is super friendly and a awesome person, the flowers she puts together always comes out looking amazing. Her prices are very fair, it’s really awesome having a great Florist in Newtown, I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.
I have bought bouquets of cut flowers from Four Seasons for various friends and occasions. Today I was lucky enough to be the recipient of one of their bouquets myself and I was absolutely delighted with them. This lady is incredible. Easily the best flower arrangements in Wellington, and incredible value. I recommend you battle through the parking issues and give them your business. It's worth a short walk !
