   Pool is well maintained except on weekends. Most of the time showers in Women bathroom didn't work. I think they need an inspection as lots of people are irritated because of this problem.

   It’s been nearly two weeks since I first contacted your team—multiple calls and emails—to book a birthday party spot for my son at your swimming pool. We’ve heard absolutely nothing back. This delay is unacceptable and has left us unable to plan properly. If the manager is unwell, there should be an automatic email reply in place. It’s basic courtesy and professionalism. Families deserve clarity, not silence. Please respond immediately.

   Have to give this local community pool 6 stars. Amazing place for our kids to learn to swim and have fun with friends. We really miss this now we are in the UK.

   The pool itself is a nice average pool, good for swimming in! The staff could be trained better. The bald male lifeguard was pulling in a cord and it flung at my toes when I was sitting on the bench (ouch), I was the only one there and there was plenty of space so it seemed intentional. He then ignored. I simply moved spots, but this was after he made me feel stupid for coming to a public pool at 2:30pm on a weekday. I’ve been new to customer service roles before too, so I understand the ineptitude because he is still learning. But further training before letting him free will help the business

   We come here with our chuld under 5, as uts free entry to encourage supervision etc, but we love it at karori because our local closes at 6 and karori closes at 9pm! Makes for a great evening paddle in the very warm kids pool

   It ain't the biggest swimming pool, but it is well maintained and has all the amenities you could wish for. The instructors do an amazing job, patiently turning (my) kids into confident swimmers. Only downside is that they don't answer phone calls or emails. Just pay them a visit (they're open 7 days a week), a friendly staff member will help you out.
