The best Bendon Lingerie store! Its dim lighting creates an elegant vibe that sets it apart from the brighter, more generic stores. The stunning mannequins showcase the lingerie well and make browsing pleasant. The lingerie sets are high quality and beautiful.
To the two staff member that helped me yesterday at 16:00 with a fitting and getting a new bra, a huge THANK YOU, I struggle with my body image and they both made me feel comfortable and were super helpful to get me the right fitting bra that I needed. I'll be back for more and recommend the store to others
The young lady behind the counter reminded me that I had a free gift, and of the offers that saved me a lot of money. I entered the shop 10 minutes before it closed but she told me not to rush, she was very pleasant and helpful.
I had a wonderful time here! Pisey was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent assistance. She helped me find the perfect items and was great with the fitting and color selection. I highly recommend asking for her – I left feeling very happy!

I went into store today (Friday 2/06/23) midday-ish and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Shopping for intimates can often be really overwhelming and awkward but the staff in the store were friendly and so helpful without being over-bearing. I know sale-times can be hectic for stores but these girls handled it so well, the store was immaculate and they were so friendly and gentle. I almost never post reviews but these girls deserve so much praise!
I never write reviews but I cannot express just how wonderful the girls are at this shop! I have some body image issues and Ophelia and Ella-Mae (I hope that's her name) were so unbelievably sweet, kind and patient with me, helping me find exactly what I needed! Thanks girls!
I was delighted with the warm, efficient reception and service, especially with all the Christmas mayhem downtown. Also, thumbs up for the lovely fitting rooms. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with exactly what I needed. Like other NZ shops, never look at the price tags as they always have fake sales (mark up prices so they can have "sales" to bring prices down to what the items would normally cost).
0 stars. I placed an order over one month ago. Bendon repeatedly told me they'd post it on x date, never bothered to. After one month waiting I get a random email, they're cancelling my order and would refund me within two days.. Now on day 10 and no refund
