   Can’t believe the service provided by Carlton Vets. We had to put down our 15 year old dog a month ago, and not only was the at-home service they provided incredibly compassionate, but I just received a handwritten card in the mail offering condolences from the team, who all signed the card, for the loss of our dog. I could never imagine that a process like this could be so gentle and so full of love and care. Thank you Carlton Vets, for the kind words that have absolutely captured what has been in our hearts during this time. I could not recommend you guys more, what a beautiful gesture.

   Don't bother taking your animals to them for a grooming. Dropped off my cat at 8am in the morning. They told me she would be ready by 1:30-2:00. I got a call at 2 asking what they are doing with her and that she would be ready at 4. Unbelievable.

   These guys have been my family's vet service for years. They always take great care of our furry loved ones. Will continue to come here and recommend them to others. And I have to add, such a fuss was made over our two dogs last visit, they had a ball.

   What an outstanding vet clinic. Panda my cat had a seizure and only just having moved to Whanganui I did not have a vet. I called them after ringing others and they said bring him in. It did not look promising for Panda, but Peter got into action and he saved Pandas life. He would give me updates on Pandas progress which meant so much to me. The staff are friendly and I highly recommend them. Here are a few photos of Panda now which I never thought I would see again. From the bottom of my heart I thank you all.

   Good friends to our furry friend. I love going here with my dogs they all have seem to have loved going here all the smells food and toys couldn't get Marco out of this place and now my new dog puppy loves going here too. The vets are so great with the dogs would well recommend using these guys. Cheers

   Very friendly staff And very kind to all of my pets. And very accommendating to me paying my vet bill. As im on a benefit. They have always been there for me. I had to put my beautiful little dog down on the 6th of December last year. It was a very emotional time for me at my little dog with my mum's dog as well and she put my mum passed away on the 24th of November 2011 and I nearly lost my little dog . Floey. She was a very loyal little dog and I love her very much and I find it hard to be without her.
