   My gorgeous boy Toki had his first grooming session here and there couldn’t have been a better choice. He seemed relaxed and happy after the session and she was kind enough to accommodate us at the last minute too. The entire experience was blissful and her hospitality and kindness stood out especially. She kept giving us updates and continued patiently answering any questions or doubts we had. The best part of the experience was that she let him be himself and was extremely patient. Some people have good aura + heart and are animal lovers- it shows I would say she has won a client for life! Thank you for everything you do Looking forward to meeting you soon!

   I have been taking my sheltie to Masako at Mana Dog Grooming for over a year and the service she provides is always top quality, with great communication on how the appointment is going. She has plenty of knowledge on how to care for dogs with a long coat. Masako is so caring and kind and I know she takes the very best care of my pup. She will always accommodate my requests and give me great advice on how to maintain my dog’s coat in-between appointments. I highly recommend Mana Dog Grooming.

Out of five groomers I contacted, Masako was the only professional who promptly returned my call. Upon my scheduled appointment, Masako warmly welcomed me into the salon, where I noticed her caring for her own 4 legged babies. Her kindness and nurturing demeanor were immediately apparent as she guided me through the salon, assuring me that Lilly was in capable hands. We discussed the grooming details extensively, filling out a client card to ensure a tailored experience. Despite Lilly's challenging nature during grooming, Masako confidently reassured me of a positive outcome.
