Hands down the best groom I've ever had on my miniature schnauzer. He always comes back looking and smelling beautiful. The team are so welcoming and friendly. I know he is well taken care of and left in loving hands. Highly recommend.

We made a booking in person after grooming. We were given a card with our confirmation and told it was confirmed. Upon arriving for our appointment, she said that we have no booking and there is nothing she can do. We waited 4-5 months for this appointment and trusted that she had our booking. She gave us other grooming shops numbers or change the date that doesn't suit during work hours. We were made it feel like this is our fault somehow.

An Angel. I am 76 years old. I was tired, lost and a long way from home. I had found somewhere to sleep but was struggling to get to it. Face to face we met on a small narrow track. Backing the Prado back down I paused to say thanks and explain my self. FLUFFY N SCRUFFY AN ANGEL IN DISGUISE TURNED HER CAR AND ESCOURTED ME ACCROSS THE MOTORWAY TO MY ACCOMODATION.
