   Our spa from Silver Spas has been a headache - they talked me out of an alternative by saying they used superior quality parts but that was a lie. Pump has now failed in just four years and I've been quoted nearly $2,000 to replace. High quality indeed. The company has also applied to be removed from the companies office as they have ceased trading - so not sure why they still have a website up and are taking payments. Be very careful if you are thinking to order here as you will likely be left high and dry. Screenshots from companies office publicly available documents attached. Edited to address the below response: So who actually owns Silver Spas? Your website constantly refers to Silver Spas Limited as the owner and operator and yet that company no longer exists. I've attached more screenshots taken just not from the website referring to the now deregistered Silver Spas Limited. Generally information like this is obfuscated for a reason and it is never a good one. Secondly my warning to potential customers still stands - buy another spa. The quality of these are no good and when something goes wrong you'll have problems. I've had 3 issues in 4 years and service was slow and expensive. Just look elsewhere.

   The whole process of purchasing and the installation of our spa was second to none. This is an excellent company to deal with, when we ordered the spa we shortly afterwards went into lock down which meant a long delay in stocks arriving in New Zealand. Silver spa kept in touch throughout this period with updates on expected delivery times. They hit the nail on the head and the spa arrived exactly when they said it would. Delivery was awesome and went without a hitch. We are now enjoying the spa which in itself is a wonderful product. Thank you to Silver Spa for your great service.

   We recently took delivery of our Swim Spa from Silver Spas and are absolutely thrilled with it. Right from the start the staff were friendly and efficient and extremely personable. The delivery and placement ran smoothly and the pool is very impressive - more than we anticipated. It serves a multi-function for us as we can have family and friends over to take a splash in the warmer months and then we have the option of using it as a private spa in the cooler months. The Swim Spa fits our location and lifestyle perfectly and we believe it excellent value for money. Thank you Swim Spa Team!!
