Esther and her team did a stunning job of the flowers for my wedding! They were perfect, I got so many compliments, the hair and makeup artists who were there with me on the day said they were some of the best flowers they'd seen. I sent her some photos for inspiration, and Esther did the rest. Her buttonholes for my groomsmen were gorgeous, orange blooms that looked so good against their navy suits. All reasonably priced too compared to other florists. Highly recommend!
I received a bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day ( ordered from Australia )but they weren’t up to a standard I expected so I phoned them to tell them . They responded promptly with a beautiful new fresh bouquet plus a potted chrysanthemum . Excellent customer service thank you !

I ordered flowers for Mother's day and they were beautiful and delivered to my Mum that day, sadly the card had been knocked off during transit. I rang florist to let them know..they then sent my dear Mum a lovely plant AND a box of chocolates. Thankyou so much. She was thrilled.

Beautiful moth orchid, sent via Interflora for my birthday. No msg or sender details, and no care instructions. I rang them, they told me the order came from U.K. .... I told them I don't know anyone there and to please make enquiries. I have never heard back from them. Never having had a moth orchid before, I looked up online how to care for it. It said a small amount of water once a week, no direct sun, filtered light, warm position. So I was happy. It was already in the square white pot so didn't have to worry about leakage. Except, with no instructions, I hadn't unwrapped the plant as it looked so pretty in the pink paper and netting. After a few weeks the flowers started dropping off and when I looked closer, the leaves fell off, too - rotten at the base. I unwrapped the plant and found that it was in a cheap plastic nursery pot which was then put in another outer nursery pot with no drainage holes in it which meant the roots rotted ...and the whole plant followed suit. All because of no care instructions to remove the inner pot base ... I went in today to see about another orchid and to express my dissatisfaction at the lack of any care notes, no follow up on the sender details etc, and got brushed off and told to come back next week as they were far too busy with Valentine's day. I had waited outside till the shop was empty so that was rubbish. I consider their service and attitude very poor - oh, so happy to take your money (well, my friend's money) but brush you off when things aren't right. Yes, I did find out where the orchid came from ... Sydney NOT U.K.!! ... because my friend rang me to see if I'd received it, as she hadn't heard from me!! (and yes, she HAD included a card). How embarrassing, knowing she thought I just hadn't bothered thanking her!! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST.
