   absolutely incompetent cannot keep up with demand and after speaking the Chris the Head of Retail at the Takapuna branch, has no desire to remedy this. All i got from him was every excuse under the sun as to why my pool is dirty and their cleaners cannot keep up with their schedule. go somewhere else these guys are useless if i could zero stars this is what i would give them.

   As a newby pool owner, it's great to be able to get good advice and good products at reasonable prices. The team behind the counter are always helpful and friendly. I have yet to utilise their maintenance services so can't comment on that yet.

   Title: Incorrect invoice, poor communication and unresolved issue Review: I received an incorrect invoice from this company and raised the issue with them immediately. Despite explaining clearly that the charges were wrong, there was no meaningful response or correction. Instead, I continued to receive automated messages, including service reminders and payment demands for amounts I do not owe. This entire situation has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. A reputable business should take responsibility for their mistakes, correct invoices promptly and communicate professionally. Unfortunately, none of this happened in my case.

   Swimart Glenfield are awesome. We had a new sal water pool and it has been really easy to maintain thanks to their advice and guidance. They only sell you what you really need and won't look to upsell for products that aren't really required. Went back in today to get advice heading into Winter and was really impressed with the service. Thanks.

   Swimart Glenfield do not keep up with regular cleaning of a shared pool in my apartment complex, the pool is constantly green and the cleaners should be cleaning it once a week, but I suspect they fail to do as. It's the middle of summer and the pool turns green. Very poor service from this company, and will not recommend. Have requested the body corp find a more reliable pool cleaning service to ensure we have a clean pool especially during these warmer months. Do Better!

   supposed to have our regular 4 weekly valet service which was to be the 22nd so a clean pool before Xmas, no call from the store manager and i had to call to find out that Guy in the store i spoke to was great, however i had to take a sample in myself and get it tested and bring all the chemicals home when there was plenty else to do. Manager still not called me to discuss,

   The whole team at Swimart are absolutely brilliant. They're extremely knowledgeable, give great advice and never attempt to sell anything you don't need. My pool water was green when I first moved into my new house, with the team's advice I had it blue and sparkling within a week. Highly recommend

   Excellent Service from Maddie. She quickly sorted out a problem I had with a Zodiac Pool cleaner and helped upgrade my cleaner to a Swimclean. Would happily deal with her again. She should be given a pay rise.
