   We were on the fence about getting a pool for a few years and then finally last year decided go for it and do it. We have 3 young children (7,5 and 3yrsold) and I have to say it is the BEST decision we have ever made! Toby from Pools by design made our dream come to life, with his guidance and advice we have the perfect pool! There are a lot of decisions to be made when getting a pool and Toby was great in helping us one step at a time without making it all seem overwhelming. We had an idea of what we wanted and with Toby’s experience and advice it all came together perfectly! We are so happy with the way it all turned out. Our kids spent every single day in it this summer!! Best investment ever!!!

   Toby and team have just finished our new concrete pool, they worked in-conjunction with our builder so the delivery of this pool was seamless and of no stress to us. They made suggestions on coping for the pool, tile grouting and delivered samples to look at. All aspects of the build was of high quality. Pools By Design made our outdoor area perfect. would recommend 100%.

   Toby and his team did a great job on our concrete pool and spa. The pool build was quite technical due to being on a small site with a recently renovated house and retaining walls on two sides of the pool. Toby always kept us up to date on each part of the process and presented realistic solutions to some of our unrealistic expectations. The final tick of approval has been given by our two kids who spend hours on end jumping between the pool and the spa!
