   I am leaving this review even though my 1994 Toyota Hilux is not yet complete, because the experience so far has been outstanding. The team at Next Gen Auto communicate clearly and consistently, and that makes a real difference. They explain progress, flag updates early, and ensure there are no surprises. I have been impressed with their attention to detail, but also with how approachable they are. Every time I pop in to check on progress, the team are friendly, welcoming, and happy to talk things through. They stick to the agreed budget, and they communicate promptly if anything needs discussion. Overall, I am very happy with the service to date and would confidently recommend Next Gen Auto.

   I recently took my 2008 Mazda Atenza into the team at Next Gen Autos after noticing fluid leaking from my right front cv boot i also asked them to give it a good check because i needed the vehicle to be safe and reliable for my young family and for long drives to work. The team at Next Gen Autos were fantastic to deal with from booking the car in through to looking over my vehicle and diagnosing what was at fault. The owner Dan was upfront and honest about the entire job, informing me the left hand CV boot had also perished and gave me a great price for a much needed full transmission flush also. All of this was discussed with me after the initial check and i was given the option to carry out the original request of one cv boot or to give the all clear to have the recommended work carried out. I took the professional advice and had both cv boots replaced alongside the transmission flush that had not been done since purchasing the vehicle. I highly recommend the knowledgeable team at Next Gen Autos to all my friends and family and will continue to use them thanks to their honesty and professionalism.

   Dishonest Service & Caused Further Damage Stay Away! Unprofessional and Misleading I entrusted North Auto to repair my Mercedes headlight, but the experience was a nightmare. 1. False Promises: They claimed the headlight could be fixed without disclosing any risks. 2. Failed Repair: After weeks of delays, they admitted failure and demanded a full replacement (costing $5,700+). 3. Hidden Damage: Mercedes later found additional damage caused during their "assessment" – something North Auto never informed me about! 4. Zero Accountability: Despite charging me $1,022, they refused responsibility, leaving me to pay the full cost. Only excuses, no solutions, I am taking further legal action against them now. If you value your money and sanity, DO NOT RISK IT. Their incompetence cost me over $6,700 and months of stress. UPDATE to response: My review reflects my personal experience as a customer. While you reference a Tribunal outcome, the rehearing is pending due to concerns about procedural fairness – specifically, critical evidence being provided at the last moment, which prevented a balanced review. Warnning to other customers: 1. Don't be swayed language, insist on writting agreement, A trustworthy business has nothing to hide. 2. Note how this businesses respond to critical feedback – it speaks volumes about their priorities. STAY AWAY, DO NOT RISK IT! Further update!!! When a business responds to customer complaints like this, you know accountability is not in their dictionary. Would you trust them with your car???
