   Incredibly rude, I just wanted to use the online tool, they then asked me for my details which is okay cus most places do these days, they rang me at 6:30pm and kept saying HELLO?? Everytime I went to speak and then asked me what MY problem was even though I had told her it was for a potential rental and I was just looking at pricing, a waste of time and energy. I've never had such bad customer service from a place that is clearly commission based.

   Was in communication with comparison specialist was very forward tried to contact me multiple times and 20 times over the last couple days the company has when I simply was just after a price comparison. Advise anyone not to use this service.

   I was just casually comparing prices on glimp and it asked me for my details. Next thing i know, i got a call from glimp, some lady on the phone on the other sidde suggested that 2degress was the cheapest. While i made her completly clear that i was just looking at the time being she kept on trying tonget my details to signup with 2degrees. I think she is getting heafty commission from 2degrees and was forcing people to join them (read previous reviews as well) i think she need to understand that forcing people to do something they dont want is good customer service.

   I used the online tool as I wanted to compare internet options easily. I was wrong, it was not very clear, detailed or useful. I forced me to give details to get any insight. Some lady then called and started asking me about power while I was at work. I said "I just wanted to use the online tool but thank you for your call" and she hung up hahaha Incredibly rude and poor potential customer service. It is so bad it makes me laugh.
