Have had nothing but top service from Rothbury. Granted, we have never claimed before, Luca B, who is our broker, has made insurance painless for us. Switching from (formerly) Crombie Lockwood to Rothbury was a breeze and Luca worked with us to review unnecessary policies, and ensure the correct levels of cover - we instantly saw the savings come through. Each year before renewal, Luca meets with us to re-review our insurance’s, making sure we are fully informed and have all questions answered. As we looked to improve our internal processes and insurability this year, Luca also assisted us with supplier term risk reviews and an asset register/maintenance plan. I am not sure if this is included as part of the service or if I am just their favorite customer because they certainly make it feel that way! An all-round great team!
