I've worked with Matt a couple of times now and I've always been really impressed with his thoroughness. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. The first occasion of working with him was complex on health grounds, but he found the right solution and was tenacious in getting a much better than expected result. More recently we've reviewed and optimised the original insurance packages but also driven through new insurances. This was more complex that it should have been (not on Matt's part) but he once again drove it through, working with the insurer to get a great result.
