   I have been in the property industry for good 14 years, but getting financed or refinanced has never been so smooth and easy when it's done with Dhiraj Chhabra (Mike Pero Mortgages). An absolute pleasure to work with him to gets things sorted with loans and approvals, especially in these times when banks are quite slow. What impresses me most about Dhiraj is his incredible professionalism in everything he says and commits to. His clarity of thought and giving advice is extremely lucid, credible and convincing. I will recommend Dhiraj to everyone for the very simple reason, that you will not have to look back or feel dejected working with him, as he makes sure to get the things sorted with desired results and in time. I wish I have worked with him in past, but it's never too late to find someone like him and start moving forward rapidly. I give reviews extremely rarely, but can’t resist speaking so highly about Dhiraj, because he deserves every word of it. May the almighty give him the strength to always progress with the same zest, positivity and commitment. Looking forward to having a long journey with him as a financial/mortgage advisor.    I had been working with Dhiraj since 2020 however I was deployed to work overseas for 6 months so had to put everything on hold. On my return this year I contacted Dhiraj and he did not hesitate to make an appointment to see me straight away. He was very honest and realistic from the start with no hidden agendas considering COVID and the house market had risen considerably since 2020. It was an extremely overwhelming experience however Dhiraj was always patient amd explained everything and answered all questions that I raised 24/7 by phone call, messages and emails. He made me feel like i was his only client and always put me at ease when feeling it was getting too much. But I can only imagine how many other needy first time home buyers he was and is dealing with. Dhiraj was reliable and trustworthy and he secured a home loan way more than what I expected I would get. He even recommended a great lawyer for me and together we made a great team and I am now in my first home. I had to spend a little more than expected but unfortunately with the way things are it was to be expected but I am super stoked with what I chose and I am so happy I continued working with Dhiraj on this journey.
