   Lance has been excellent to work with - patient, flexible and willing to adapt as we worked through the process of transferring cover from one life insurer to another as well as adding additional cover. Lance's advice was clear and, as a life insurance industry professional myself, made sense for my family. We also found Audrey at Parka good to work with and responsive to our questions along the way. All in all a positive experience going through Parka. Would highly recommend.

   We came to Parka upon a friend's recommendation after our prior insurance broker from Christchurch had been out of touch for years and premiums were increasing each year without review. Kate from Parka met us and took us through our options for adjusting our various life, trauma, tpd and income protection insurances. Kate acted in good faith, was super friendly, open and honest and was always available to provide options and answers to our questions. Whilst it took a while to work through, and due to ourselves being an older age, the new coverage obtained and recommended by Kate, was better value for money plus we have built a new relationship which we have huge trust in. Parka are more local to us which makes meeting regularly in person more possible and we are keen to ensure that we review our insurances regularly to maintain relevance. Well done Kate and the team at Parka. We thoroughly recommend.
