   So disappointing. Extremely rude. Gel nails lasted two days, not much better than regular polish. Went back 1 week later to remove what was left in my nails and still planned to get a spa pedicure. After being a regular customer for almost a year, I was treated with such rudeness that I will never return.

   I am always a walk in and the girls are always professional kind and accommodating. I have never had a bad set from these ladies but have from other salons. I have found the technicians to be very precise, thorough and gentle in both the removal and application of gels and sns. Will always be a repeat customer.

   So I used to use this salon regularly as the ladies are quite friendly however the one experience well the previous experience that I had was disgusting. I had gone and got a set of SNS dip powder nails removed and reapplied and also a Deluxe pedicure however i got onto my pedicure first the lady started on my feet during which time she got up and went and served two ladies who also were set in the chair to get pedicures. When she came back to me she said she won't be long that was fine then she gets up and goes over to one of the two new ladies that came in then started working on their feet I was gobsmacked looked at this happening and was disgusted. Anyhow she comes back when she finished that lady and decided to to finish my feet at this time I was ropeable when she finished my feet I got off went and had my manicure done which the other lady have done a fabulous job when that was done I got up to go and pay however I I refused at the counter to pay for my pedicure and explained to them how disgusted I was with that service but I was happy to pay for my manicure because that lady took extreme care and was very attentive the woman said no you cannot women got her manager which was expected i said to the manage she's either takes my money for my pedicure off my bill which I'm happy to pay for my manicure but if she doesn't I will just walk out and refuse to pay any of it so it was the choice the manager refused so I walked out of the store and have never been back since the guards came up to me i explain the situation and the lady who was a guard just looked at me and said you have a lovely day...worst service ever!!!!!

   I walked in explained I wanted gel polish as I had a wedding to go to. Got a nice lady who was gentle and done an amazing job! 3 weeks later they still look amazing just grown out a bit. I'll be back! Thank you!

   I popped in for a last minute treat this morning. The hard working staff made me feel very welcome and fitted me in. Love the pedicure chairs, the massage facility on the chair is so relaxing, then the pampering of my feet and legs as so relaxing. Very pleased with the colour and application of the polish. Professional Nails may not be the most exciting set up, but the friendly staff and wonderful treatment meant I will definitely return to them.
