I’ve been looking for a good nail salon for the longest time and the Upper Hutt store is the BEST! The staff are super lovely, the place is clean and the Gel services (especially removal) are exceptional. Definitely recommend if you want your nails to be taken care of.
I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The newly renovated decor is absolutely stunning – it’s elegant and chic, making the whole atmosphere feel so luxurious. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I’m beyond happy with my nails – they turned out exactly how I wanted! Came in with my mum and had a lovely and informative experience at Professional nails on 3/10/2024 @ 12pm to 1pm, awesome deals. The ladys were amazing, would definitely come back
Just got my nails done here! They are looking fantastic!! The staff were super lovely and were more than happy fix a nail I accidentally touched when it was drying :) The guy who did my nails checked I was happy with them all before leaving. The only thing was that it took a wee while (although I extended that when I messed one up) but I was more than happy to wait for my fantastic nails! Will happily come back again
Ive been living in Wellington for about 14yrs this without a doubt, the BEST nail salon in Upper Hutt. They are very good on giving their clients the most WONDERFUL pampering experience EVER ! From the moment you step foot in this place, no other salon provide this service in Wellington. Their upgraded pedicures are literally American style second to NONE, all their products are high quality brand name not cheap knockoff. After leaving, my feet and lower legs felt completely refreshed and new. I even felt like my circulation was better and my energy increased. You MUST check out this place. I highly recommend and normally I'm not an easy person to please. Their staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and with holiday season approaching definitely coming back before Christmas!

I always come here for a pedicure when I visit my family in Upper Hutt. They do a very thorough and professional job. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience with any staff member.
Recently I booked in for a pedicure and decided to get my nails painted at the same time. The ladies there were just lovely and they did not rush me at all, even setting the massage chair a few times which I absolutely enjoyed. Very happy still with both treatments!
If i could do a zero star review I would I got sns dipping on the day the lady was rude and mucked up 3 nails having to redo them all. The quality of the job was poor, she left bits of extention half filed under my nails not cleaning up the rough bits under them. On Saturday 2 nails cracked and one broke off. Was not rough with them at all. When asked for refund as I paid $70 for what was meant to be a quality job I was told no.was offered to have the 3 nails fixed but I hadn't time to get them redone and asked for money back but was refused. Edit I did swear at the lady as I was not happy that they weren't willing to take responsibility for there poor quality job and tried to blame me for it. I see in another review a customer had similar experience with chipped nail wasn't rough with it and told it was customers fault. i was unhappy with the finished job in the first place especially since they had to redo three nails due to not covering nail properly with the products. The rough after finish I was quite unhappy with but due to having to pay first I felt like I couldn't say anything more. I would have refused to pay had i been paying after they were done.the breaking nails were just the tip on the iceberg. Which is why I came back asking for a refund. And I have no intention of ever coming back as there are far better places with friendlier staff that have far better workmanship.
I have SNS on natural nails and get manicures regularly, however I have never taken over 2 hours at an appointment! This was the only salon I've had to soak my fingers in bowls of acetone for around 40+ minutes to take off my previous SNS... perhaps just a difference of technique, but my fingers were freezing and it took a very, very long time! I think time management isn't quite this salons forte, as they were juggling customers, and there was almost always sombody part-way through their service waiting... I paid extra for metallic nails, and the finished job was very nice, but my thumb nail was quite badly chipped two days later. The store fixed that nail over the weekend free-of-charge which I appreciated, though I had the feeling the manicurist thought I was rough with my nails causing it to chip off, which was not the case. So, nice end result (if it lasts), but I felt the customer experience could have been a bit better. :)
