   I had a house call in matakana from this charity and I wish I didn’t. It was very horrible experience for me and my family. The lady Francis or Fran was so rude, unhelpful, really negative and made me feel worse than I should. I would never give to this charity there is so many better ones to give too that can actually help. At such a vulnerable time I do not wish my worst enemy’s upon this lady.

   I didn't appreciate that when my mother and I tried to help my cousin get into the facility, we were told to leave the lobby and stand outside. I can understand we are in alert because of covid 19 but he had just finished his quarantine and had come from Samoa regarding a medical diagnosis. I thought the receptionist was quite rude.

   Wonderful place to stay and also very very clean.The House maids made our time with in there facility absolutely wonderful would reccommend Daffodil House a place to stay and for healing purposes from the Hospital. I would go there all the time.

   The Domain Lodge is in a perfect location, with Auckland City Hospital, the Domain, Museum and Winter Gardens in close proximity and a major bus stop a short walk away. There are many cafes in the vicinity. The foyer is welcoming and its well-maintained gardens evident from the entrance and windows. I cannot fault the staff I encountered on my recent visit especially Stanley. The Society is totally deserving of five stars and our donations.
