Dr. Andrew Herd truly transformed my life with his exceptional care. I've had nothing but positive experiences with him and his team. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he and his nurse were always available and responsive. I highly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.
Cowboys - be warned. The surgeon will give you an estimate, but the final quote (random and untotalled) from the practice will be 150% more. The mark up and invented costs from the hospital they were to use, were utterly unprofessional, no transparency, incompetent and unethical. The surgeon is not aware of how the practice cost the operations.
Parking is a bit of a hassle (what can you expect from Auckland) but Dr Herd, Helen and the Waitamata Specialist Centre staff are helpful and straightforward to get things organised and underway. Thanks again.
