    I love the gear, but the shopping experience is a bit dodgy. To get the right size, I've returned items twice. The first time they denied receiving it until I produced the track and trace. The second time they also denied having received it, and unfortunately, this time, I sent it from a post shop and didn't get/lose the tracking number. So I missed out... It's excellent gear, but don't buy it online from their shop. It's just a bit dodgy.

    In respone to a recent one star review. Yes, Cactus short take forever to 'wear in'. But they never wear out! Please keep doing what you do well.

    Pretty disappointed with our supply of 4 Helix Face masks. I appreciate that Cactus Outdoor are in short supply of materials to make them but when I ordered 2nd April the masks were in stock and there was no shortage then. It took three weeks for the mask to leave the factory and only after requesting them again, they are too small to properly cover an adult face and looks nothing like the one on the picture. If they were cheaper I would not mind so much as I was expecting quality but at $45 each they are a waste of money. Don't buy from there. Other NZ suppliers are far superior.

    Awesome products from great folks. The gear is super tough and durable but covers a range from casual wear to professional items ideal for those in the trade. Love the fact that the products are NZ made so in the remote chance that repair is needed, it can be done on site.
