   Expensive, late (not even an apology) and they just quoted stuff from an Act without interpretation or reasoning given. Wow. I can find those Acts and read them myself. Save your money and use ChatGPT. It's 1000 times cheaper and better at answering queries on time and sensibly. And it actually gives advice and you will learn something to progress with what you need. Would give rainey-collins a zero rating if it was an option.

   I went to Rainey Collins to get a second opinion around Estate, being an executor of a will, only had a few questions nothing complicated. I would imagine a good lawyer would answer them in 10-20mins max and I got met with a $500+gst fee. When I raised the question of pricing/reveiw of costs I got a short nice email saying "good luck - goodbye" Small things lead onto other work and a bigger network something Rainey Collins may not care about! My questions were not complex at all just needed some clarification on some points, Nice deflection on your reply. A simple note on your website saying we dont do anything for under $575 as a starting point would sort it out.
