   It was a long haul from a visitor's visa to permanent residency, which began pre-COVID-2020 and ended in 2025. The service was professional, clear and frank from beginning to end. Lane Neave superbly managed the inevitable frustrations and occasional illogic of the immigration process, exacerbated by the wild COVID-related policy swerves. I have already recommended Lane Neave to friends who also had an excellent and successful experience.

   My partner and I recently worked with an immigration attorney at Lane Neave and can honestly say that the experience was nothing short of amazing. Our attorney was very savvy, sincere and adaptive. What do I mean by adaptive? Well, our case was during COVID, so things were changing all the time. But our attorney was so onto it; like, there would be an announcement from the government about the borders, and within an hour I would have a call coming in from our attorney clarifying whether that update was pertinent to our circumstance and how best to proceed. My partner and I are reasonably capable people but we would have been completely lost without their help through all of that. 11/10; would recommend.
