Be very careful with sale items as you can't exchange if you purchased the wrong size. Not clear on website when purchasing, buried in the T&Cs. Told in store nothing canbe done. Stuck with an expensive coat that is too large due to inconsistent sizing. Disappointed to say the least.
I didn’t catch the names but had amazing service from the 3 lovely ladies working at Lulu on Lambton this morning, had the seam rip in my tights and they easily swapped me out with a brand new pair. Absolute legends! xxx
I just discovered this amazing women's clothing store today, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering great styling tips without being pushy. The quality of the clothes is impressive, and the prices are very reasonable for what you're getting.I left with a few new pieces that I absolutely love, and I’m already planning my next visit. Store is spacious, tidy, and cosy. Not hard to find things. Staff is super friendly and very approachable. Brand itself is very good. I like the tights and super slim yogamat. Price wise is a bit middle high but it comes with the quality and I think it is very reasonable.
