    REALLY BAD customer service! They shouldn’t bee serving customers at all. Didn’t offer any help unless I asked. I had a refund but the rude lady at the tills said they couldn’t process 1 dollar difference in a REALLY BAD MANNER! People like that ruined nice business with the poor customer service.

    This store needs a new manager!!! What an unpleasant angry woman she is! Ruined my shopping experience. Didn’t offer any help and was unable to do anything but frown! Bad for business! It’s clear you don’t want to be there so you should find a job that makes you happy because you make your customers unhappy! Vania and her outstanding service is the only reason I will be back, she should be the manager. Vania is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Vania for your amazing customer service.

    Received the absolute WORST service I've ever experienced in my life at this store a few weeks ago. We didn't get a singular acknowledgement or offer of assistance from any staff member, including who I think was the manager. We spent about 15 minutes trying on shoes yet they treated us like we were invisible. It's like they were purposely avoiding us, which is strange us, in particular the two young boys. Was disappointing that the older female worker didn't even guide them to assist us. They just kept cluelessly wandering around, very blatantly not wanting to service us. New or not, do your job as a retail assistant. Your job is to assist customers in retail. Not talk to your mates.

    Based in Outlet City in Tawa, I go to this store once a year to get my cross-trainer shoes. I have a key ring with my customer details including past purchases, so I can hand this over and get the same shoes I had before, with no hassle. The staff are helpful and friendly. Good place to go, no fuss and they have what you need.
