Place is well sorted and lovely young man working behind the counter helped me with all of my hockey needs! Well knowledged for someone straight out of college will be back for more kit
We got what we needed but thankfully knew what to look for. Didn't get more than 2 words out of the guy behind the counter even after I made a point of greeting him. Although it sounded like there was someone else in the store, we didn't see them. A good selection of hockey equipment though, and we bought a new gryphon stick for my daughter which was great.
Kevin is awesome. Great customer service and will do anything to help.
Megan and the team at Cricket Express were very helpful at sending me the missing product that they hadn't given me and also Kevin was helpful at finding me suitable pads, thighpads and shoes. Would reccomend to others.
I recently went to the Wellington store where I meet Kevin. I was looking for a hockey stick to purchase. Kevin was super helpful and wasn't looking to sell me the most expensive but one that was right. Kevin took the time to understand my playing level and needs. He quickly made me feel understood and offered a variety of options. Along with his good humour and helpfulness I would definitely recommend touching base with Kevin. Id also make further trips from Palmerston North to deal with him again.
Always have had a wonderful experience shopping for cricket gear at the Wellington outlet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been getting gear from them for 8 years now. All the best!
Exceptionally awesome staff had an amazing time there, I went to buy some cricket stuff 10 minutes prior to closing time. The lady at the store was so kind and responsive , I thought she might ask me to hurry up but she didn't bother me at all. I was really touched with her gesture. Thanks for extending your closing time upto 20 minutes. You guys are amazing.
