Five stars for almost everyone here.. An incredibly lovely community based pharmacy. However Hillary is regulary rude and unpleasant, a shame as everyone else is so nice and helpful!
Three staff totally ignoring me while I wait to collect prescription. Rude and arrogant.
I highly recommend this pharmacy, I have always been treated with the upmost respect and care. Staff are also friendly with my son who is autistic and loves to touch the toys.
The lady wearing glasses who works at checkout needs a serious training in friendly customer service and communication. After clarifying the missing information on my flu shot registration form, she went back to the counter talking about it loudly with her colleague and laughing loudly about it as well. I was only sitting a few steps away and could obviously hear them clearly. Living in Brooklyn for 3 years and has always enjoyed the convenience of this little local pharmacy just being around and most staff here are friendly and helpful, except for this lady (tallish, wearing glasses).
Unhelpful staff turning me away when the pharmacy was almost empty an hour before closing for a walk in vaccination despite the giant advertising for vaccinations without appointment. I was told I missed the cut off time by about 5mins for vaccinations. If at least they had been able to give a clear recommendation about another pharmacy or advertise their vaccination times where they state you're welcome to come without appointment, but sadly that was not the case. Very disappointing. Surely it can't be that much paperwork (that takes an hour) for a simple vaccination when the system already has my records. Very inflexible service and not customer focused. I wasn't even offered to get all my questions about the vaccination answered or asked if I needed anything else. I used to enjoy the warm friendly service at this pharmacy, but perhaps the times and service have changed.
Despite 3 staff noticing us (and other customers) waiting to be acknowledged and served, none of them took any interest and continued talking to each other & ignoring our presence. We had booked appointments and after 10 minutes walked out in disgust and communicated our frustration.
Prices are quite high but the staff have always been friendly to me. I have been using this pharmacy for nearly 3 years but due to the cost & moving closer to a cheaper one I won't be continuing to use the service. Great selection of gifts, vitamins, medical bits and bobs the prices of these items are also quite steep.

Went in to pickup a script that contained antibiotics, was informed by the person behind the counter that they recommended to purchase probiotics when on antibiotics. Quiet frankly a little disappointing given the lack of evidence around their general efficacy with antibiotics. For a place that should be able to be expected to be giving accurate unbiased health information, its was a bit troubling
