Great experience! When in, was greeted by all the staff, and when I asked to speak to a pharmacist, the person took my details and passed it onto the next available pharmacist. Efficient process and meant I did not have to wait long as they knew what I was after. I can't remember the pharmacist who served me, Irati I think, but she was very helpful! Thanks Team

I telephoned to find out about injections. The person that I spoke was very impatient almost rude.

Staff are amazing, I've always asked if I need help, generally quite quickly, and paying for things is pretty fast. Great range, packed full of everything you could need, easy to find, not having to traipse around a warehouse, and through throngs of people, and jumble of lanes like other places, highly reccomend, save your self time, and, if you can, go here! A much more lovely experience

Went in for a Flu & Covid vaccine and the Locum pharmacist (Nina or Naina I think) was excellent! Very knowledgeable, administered both vaccines without any pain. 10/10

As a person who also works in the public eye I understand how important customer service is. Niki always goes out of her way to look after me. Even if it's extra busy as a pharmacy is most of the time her customer service is 10/10 . Thank you Niki you are appreciated.

Despite what other reviews said, I received great service and got a walk in covid booster and flu shot on a Sunday afternoon just about an hour before closing time. Staff patiently answered my questions and they even had the good facemasks that I hadn't been able to find at another branch. Made my day! Thanks

Finding little information on their website about flu jabs, and having been turned away from another Unichem I phoned in advance. I was told that they did provide vaccines on Saturdays and walk-ins were available but it was sometimes 'hit and miss'. I turned up to the store 10 minutes later only to be told in no uncertain terms that walk-in flu vaccinations are not available at this store, and I need to book online (even though I've been unable to book through their website for weeks now). Really disappointing to be lied to and to have my time wasted. The recommendation is to get vaccinated, but it seems that pharmacies such as this one are not inclined to support that effort.

Just went there for a Covid booster (had booked an appointment), was checked in super quickly and had a marginal wait after that - maybe 3, 4 minutes. The staff I dealt with were both very friendly and professional.

Arrived at this pharmacy at 12.55 pm on Wed 8 March 2020 to collect a prescription (faxed in the Monday before) only to have the door shut in my face as they were "closing for 1/2 an hour for lunch" between 1 and 1.30pm! This is during the COVD19 pandemic and I am in a double at risk group - over 65 and have an underlying condition. Furthermore, I did not have a visa card and had to pay with a $10 note which was grudgingly accepted followed by a lecture that I would have to have a card for any further transactions. Is an "essential" service of this nature legally able to close between 9am and 5pm (the hours currently advertised on their website) during the pandemic? Has there been a change to The Pharmacy Act? Hopefully, my comments will prompt a review of their customer service relationships.

Had my prescription faxed here, went to collect the next day and after a ten minute wait was told they had none in stock and couldn't fill it. Considering my number is on the prescription a phone call to tell me not to waste my time coming in to collect it would have been appreciated. The girl who served me was beyond vacant and didn't seem to think basic customer service was necessary. Asked for a phone call to let me know when it was back in stock and I could pick it up, I was told I'd be put on a list to call. Went in a week later to ask about my prescription and they'd had my pills in stock for two days! Not that I'd received a phone call. I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on.
