Very disappointed with Experience New Zealand Travel We hired this company to recommend special places, instead they booked in the usual touristic places and overcharged every night: if we booked accommodation directly on website, it would have been 30% cheaper. We also had an unfortunate experience and we had to cancel a few destinations. We inform Experience New Zealand Travel to within the cancellation notice but they did not reimburse us. They did not return our money - it was appalling, very bad experience.
