Prashila has been tirelessly working to ensure that my group of students have an easy route to our destination, Nepal. There are often time delays and different airlines involved but Prashila and managed this very well. Maddi did a great job at understanding my preferences, travel dates and insurance needs. She handled the NZ internal, international and Australian internal flights to make everything as smooth as possible. She got me good fares and insurance always offering options for me to choose from.
