   My Partner & I used Loren from Hello travel last year for a 4 week trip to Europe. It was so easy, but of late we just needed a 5 night break away from the weather & work. Loren put me onto her partner in crime Nikki. I mentioned Samoa & the likes, which became quickly a little expensive for the time. Nikki Suggested Day Dream Island in the Whit Sundays, a 40min boat ride from Hamilton Island. WOW! What a suggestion, so relaxed as the trip and transfers were a breeze & we were already pencilled in to feed the Sting Rays by hand & snorkel through their inbuilt aquarium thanks again to Nikki. I would highly recommend seeing her about a 5 night get away or anything else for that matter. See you soon Nikki thanks again

   We gave Helloworld details of two tours we wanted to take, and they were to book them and the flights. Covid intervened and the trips didn't happen, and we were told that Helloworld would be charging us "two or three hundred dollars". We were puzzled as we hadn't ever been charged by agents previously, but then the charge became three hundred dollars - each. The pricing seemed very vague to us with no strong rationale - after all, if you employed a tradesperson, you would get an itemised account. Also, we hadn't asked them to do much that would have involved hours and hours of time, so we weren't happy about that, but could get no satisfactory answers from them. In the event, when we accepted the offer of a refund from one of the tour groups, and accepted it, an amount of money was deposited in our bank account, and we were never informed what the company had refunded, or how that aligned with the amount in our bank. Since we had asked for clarification previously and received none, we just gave up on them. We felt we did not have satisfactory dealings with them at all, and certainly would not recommend them.
