   Absolute shambles at Auckland Airport 2 Jan 2023. Didn't get my baggage off the mover till well over an hour past landing, and only 2 planes in from Aus. and thought that the shuttle would have disappeared by then but the driver managed to track me down by my description in amongst it all and despite inadequate parking facilities being offered to them by the Airport.. Very good effort. Thanks

   Thank you Norman for being a life saver and going over and above by agreeing to pick up my neighbour even without no means to contact her when she landed. Your kindness ,understanding and outstanding service was immensely appreciated by me and my neighbours family oversees. Please pass on my appreciation to Marion as well. You and Marion definitely made me feel that my neighbour was in good hands. You deserve far more than 5 stars.

   We used Shore Shuttles yesterday on our way back from Nelson to Auckland. One of their drivers Chris was waiting for us with my name on his board to take us back home. My wife and I are both Senior Citizens and Chris was ever so respectful, polite and helpful with our bags for loading them on the shuttle at the domestic airport and unloading them when we reached home. He was a strong young lad and kept us entertained with his history after coming to NZ from Argentina. We thank Shore Shuttles for the service we got and would not hesitate to use them again on our next trip.

   We used the service of Shore Shuttles at the end of last year 2019 (sorry am late with this) Our Driver was Michael I think his name was. He called us on our arrival off the aircraft to say he was there for us, and met us inside the Terminal at the Airport with ease, which was great as it saved us having to go looking for him. (which we have done in the past) He was a really nice guy, very helpful and polite, and made our trip back home very enjoyable!!!! His vehicle was super clean as well and he expressed a pride in his work and his vehicle care. So thank you for making this such an easy and pleasurable experience. Happy to recommend this service and will be using this Company again later this year for our next trip.

   Thank you for your company's good service on Saturday evening at approximately 10.15pm after our return trip from holiday. I wanted to also place a plug in for Ken who gave excellent service. Very well mannered, polite and punctural and a good advertisement for Shore Shuttles. Finally as a retired truck driver I would assess his driving as excellent.
