   An Australian friend visited NZ recently and mistakenly left the remote key fob for his Australian car here in NZ and asked us to get it back to Australia for him. We took it to Pack and Send, Rachael was very helpful and arranged everything with no problem. We took it in on Monday morning and it arrived safely at our friend’s house in a remote part of NSW at lunchtime on Wednesday. Excellent service by Pack and Send and DHL.

   I had two large/heavy boxes that I posted on a Friday afternoon that I needed in Palmerston North by Wednesday. I was a little concerned as I know many couriers don't work on the weekend, and the fact that the Tuesday was a Public Holiday (ANZAC Day). The customer service in store was excellent and the packages arrived on the Monday!!

   A quick friendly service but unfortunately a very loved heirloom vase was broken by one of their packers. We expect perhaps something being broken in transit but not before it even leaves the shop :-(. So disappointing.

   I needed a very fragile doll house and contents collected from a Trade Me seller in Auckland, and sent safely down to the South Island. And that's exactly what the team at Pack & Send Albany did for me! They collected the item from the seller's door, making it very hassle free for her, then packaged it up so safely, it arrived in perfect condition. I was very impressed with their packing methods! They even delivered to my door. The whole transaction was so easy and Rachael was lovely to deal with. Thank you all!

   I needed to ship two crates of household stuff to the UK from Albany. Fortunately, I noticed Albany Pack & send while driving down Constellation Drive. They quoted me various options, and explained exactly what each option entailed. I opted for the stuff to be shipped to my door. They took care of all the admin and advised me on how to do a TORS application with UK customs. A couple of months later, I was advised by the UK freight company that the stuff was due to arrive soon and that they needed the TORS application. I provided the TORS application, and the stuff was delivered as arranged with no hassle whatsoever. They packed my stuff very nicely indeed, and they took care of all the paperwork. There were no unexpected extra costs on top of what I paid them, which was great. I can't recommend Albany Pack & Send highly enough. I would not hesitate to use there service in future.
