   I went in today during Xmas Eve rush hour, had to wait in line a little, but results are extraordinary. Very satisfied as the workers were very friendly and happy to do the extra as requested ! ☺️☺️☺️ highly recommended !

   I contacted the salon at approximately 6:00 PM to ask whether there was availability for a manicure and pedicure. I was told there was space and encouraged to come in. However, upon arriving, I was immediately made to feel uncomfortable as the staff began laughing. As a male client seeking nail services, I expected to be treated with the same professionalism and respect afforded to any other customer. Unfortunately, the service itself was rushed and poorly executed. The cuticle care was aggressive and visibly incomplete, and the gel polish application was hurried and substandard. I requested a single gem on each nail; within four hours, three of the gems had already fallen off due to improper and rushed application. Most concerning was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Being laughed at upon entering the salon was humiliating and completely unnecessary. No client should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected in a professional setting. I paid $115 for services that were both unsatisfactory in quality and distressing in experience. This establishment needs to improve its professionalism, inclusivity, and attention to service quality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.

   Had a mani / pedi last Sunday from Hailey, which was awful. My cuticles have been cut so much they are sore and sensitive now, I even had 2 bleeding fingers. This place used to be fantastic - but I'll never go back...

   didn’t have time to go to my usual place so i thought I’d give here a go. it was a very rushed appointment and nail tech didn’t ask much of what i wanted before going ahead. gave me the wrong colour, length, and shape. all the nails are uneven and it is the worst acrylics i’ve ever had. most expensive acrylics too costing 70$ when usually i pay $45 with gel. will not be coming back.

   Low hygiene standards - they reuse emory boards and buffers. When I asked for fresh ones they laughed in my face. Tried to tell me they sterilise which is impossible on porous products Rude and unhygienic - avoid. .

   Fantastic service, they were so busy but kept on smiling ☺ Linh did a fab job on my manicure, it's perfection. The lovely lady with the 'milk tea' coloured hair whose name I didn't catch, was absolutely lovely and my pedicure was top notch.

   Walked in for an appointment around lunch on Monday and they were able to accommodate me. There was a small wait but I didn’t mind as I didn’t have an appointment - glad I walked in when I did as it got busier around 12:30-1pm ish. I got a regular pedicure which cost $35. Unfortunately, my pedicure was not up to standard. She did not buff my nails at all so the pedicure looks completely rough. Also, the polish has already begun to come off on two of the toes.
