It is always a pleasure to visit Paula’s furniture store in Paraparaumu. There are so many items I would love to buy. On this occasion I was looking for an electric easy chair and found one which suited perfectly. The staff were very helpful and discretely left my husband and I to make up our mind about the purchase. We were lucky in that many items were reduced in price at the time - including the Lazy boy chair. The decision was made, we had a nice chat with the salesperson and concluded the deal. Delivery was prompt too so altogether we had a very good shopping experience.

We have made 3 visits to Paula's recently looking for a new bed. Each time we were given friendly and informative service from Sarah. There is a good range to choose from and we were given as much time as we needed to try them out. Fantastic experience at Paula’s. This is our second purchase; first was online and second in the Paraparaumu store. Online purchase was quick and easy, we landed on the website as the exact same product was substantially cheaper at Paula’s. Really good communication while there was a small delay in delivery. Second purchase we were helped by Sarah Fields on purchase of our new dining table and chairs. Again excellent communication and advice from Sarah. And again the exact same products were substantially cheaper at Paula’s compared to the design store we’d originally seen them in. So worth our wee trip up the coast. Delivery date was as outlined with two friendly guys who put the table together for us (purchased service). Have recommended Paula’s to many! Thank you Sarah and team.
