This was a fantastic stopover for two weary cyclists (and their doggo) before hitting the highway to the ferry terminal. Great atmosphere. Very dog-friendly.
Nice local pub. Drinks were good, staff were friendly, and the food was fast, hot, and tasty.
Great little pub on Jackson Street, Petone. Good range of beers on tap, as well as 3 ciders, an 'adult ' lemonade and Ginger Beer.
Sprig and Fern is the best spot for a brew in Petone. A magic range of craft beer on tap, amazing food, and music. Once a month they have a Vinyl club session where some local cats bring down some wax to spin. Always an amazing afternoon.

We went there last saturday. I tried 5 types of beer first time. All tastes are good but my favourite beer is HAZ so I got one more HAZ. The foods are also great.
Really nice curly fries and fried squid but wish they came with a little more sauce(aioli). I was the sober driver but I tried their non-alcoholic ginger beer and it was very tasty and not overly sweet. The ginger beer is also made in house by Sprig and Fern along with all of their craft beers. Highly recommended.
