I ordered an Eden Spectrum 3 chair online and was really impressed with the overall experience. The chair arrived within a week, but unfortunately the backrest was slightly twisted. I contacted Melanie, and she was very responsive and helpful — she immediately arranged for a technician from Eden to take a look. The technician came within a week, identified that the back was deformed, and ordered a replacement part. Just a week later, he returned and replaced the backrest perfectly. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and the chair is now in perfect condition. I really appreciate the excellent communication and fast service throughout the whole process. Dobbins demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction — highly recommended!
After searching all my options throughout Auckland for a 1800 x 1200 desk with a right hand return, the only one I found the ideal one online at Dobbins Furniture in Wellington. Would it match my computer desk though? The pictures online suggested to me their NZ Tawa Naturale looked like my best option. When I phoned Mel at Dobbins, she immediately offered to courier a sample of that wood to me. It arrived the next day. A perfect match! I ordered the desk immediately, requesting my desk be assembled before delivery. 10 days later I received a phone call from Brett of Tricky Freight to say they were ready to deliver my desk. They arrived and carried my desk up in the lift to our apartment on the 2nd floor. I do not think I will ever buy an office chair from anywhere in the Wellington region but from Dobbins furniture. I bought my first chair to work from home when the lock down from Covid19 started. Loved it so much that after 6 months I bought another one - this time for my partner. Yes the chairs may be slightly expensive but you pay for what you get. My first office chair had some cracks in the swivel base. Called Dobbins and Dave asked me to come in. Such great service as he replaced it in 10 minutes with a better metal version (more sturdy). And it didn't cost me anything more than what I would pay for a meal. Thank you Dave and thank you Dobbins furniture. I highly recommend this place. Excellent quality, very professional, value for money and great service are some trademarks of this place.

I wanted to support a local business with setting up my work from home office.. Nothing was a bother. I was sent photos of desks to the measurements I provided and chose a 2nd hand desk. It is in awesome condition and looks new. I also bought a new ergonomic chair that they assembled and is super comfortable. All delivered to Upper Hutt very fast and with care. Thanks Guys!
